We originally started off with Bruno, when we returned from holiday, there was a brochure in our mail box, asking if we needed to know how much our property is worth, and can have it done whether you are planning on selling or not. We were actually thinking of selling, but not until later in the year. So we thought we would give him a call,and ask him to come around. Bruno had a look around our property, and advised what he thought it we could get for it. He also advised that the market is so good right now, and prices will go up later in the year. Now is the best time to sell. So we decided to give it a go and put it on the market. It was on the market for approximately 12 hours, when we got our first offer, which blew us away, way more even than what Bruno thought. Bruno was extremely helpful throughout the process, whenever we rang him, he always answered the phone.
