He listened to my concerns & ideas, and provided some helpful advice & suggestions. I appreciated his input into which renovation items to perform to maximise the cost-benefit/return, and maximise marketability of the property. This included suggestions for decorating the property on a very small budget. He and his interior-designer partner, Narelle, did a fantastic job of sprucing-up the property with finishing touches like accessories in the bathroom & kitchen. I also appreciated the extra mile Bryan went to keep the property maintained and in order in-between open-homes. In the end, we got a contract with excellent conditions, a fair price for everyone, and the property sold within a relatively short period (even with the Christmas slow-down period). Bryan sold unit 10 high st Mt Gravatt to us end of last year, which settled on dec 3 Bryan answered all my questions directly, giving me all the information I required, whilst representing his clients, really making me work for the deal.. I was also looking at unit 14 at the same time, however Bryan kept me on the hook with regular updates. I later heard from locals he has sold 4 units in the building and has a great repour in the area. As a result Bryan is now managing the property..
