LJ Hooker Newtown did an amazing job selling my 1 br unit in Camperdown. Having happily rented without a hitch through LJHN since 2007 (thanks to Elliot😀 ) I wasn't sure how their selling arm would perform, but Nick and Bryan put me at at ease from day 1 with Bryan placed in charge. This guy loves his job and he is good at it - really, really good. I have sold a few properties over the years so I speak from experience. I said to Nick after contracts were exchanged: "Bryan's a gun". Almost daily contact throughout the campaign, detailed written reports after opens, which Bryan would make sure I read! Going the extra mile at every step of the way taking care of every detail including liaising with my tradie to ensure campaign timetable stayed on track. Finally, when COVID-19 hit Sydney, Bryan did not lose optimism but wisely steered me away from auction and then ethically getting me near record price for my property.
