My wife and I decided to sell out SMSF property and Bryan came to us highly recommended by one of our friends. Bryan explained the sales process, including advertising options and sales strategies. There was no BS and within a couple of weeks Bryan had found us a buyer. From our first phone call to Bryan until the completion of the sale, he kept us informed of each and every aspect of the sale and the process itself (by phone and a detailed email report). Bryan didn't present as a traditional real estate salesman, more so he was a good friend who happened to know about a bit about buying/selling homes. I found Bryan to be professional, respectful and realistic with what to expect. A very pleasant experience and Bryan is certainly someone we would use again should we be buying or selling. Thanks mate
