Bryan was fantastic to deal with. He is very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the area and kept us informed of potential properties that met our needs. Bryan's professionalism and experience were evident from the first property he showed us. We would highly recommend Bryan to anyone seeking a real estate agent.
Bryan made the whole process so effortless and I highly recommend him!
Bryan Reed was introduced to us through a Raine and Horne employee responsible for managing our rental property at St Lucia. Bryan contacted us within a few hours of being given our names. From the time of our very first conversation we felt relaxed and confident in the manner in which Bryan responded to our questions and guided us to our various marketing options. Bryan was always prompt in responding to our queries and even recommended the legal firm we used to manage the conveyance. We would have no hesitation in using Bryan again to handle a real estate purchase or sale or in recommending him to friends or associates. In short Bryan was truly professional in all aspects of our dealings with him
Bryan always understand our expectation and tries his best to protect us. He tries to get the best price for us with patience and professional experience. We appreciate his dedication to selling our property. He is trustworthy. We feel very at home with him. We are lucky to have him as our agent. I am sure other clients would treasure his service.
Bryan communicated and explained all the sale process along the journey of selling our unit. He was very professional and kept us up to date with inspection data. We would use Bryan again to sell our property.
Bryan was very confident he could sell our property from our first meeting ,gave us great follow up regular reports on inspections, and feed back which finally lead to our sale. The very professional approach he had and great communicator with every one until we sold.
Bryan looked after us on a sale last year, and recently sold another unit. He obtained a price that fully met our expectations in a timely manner. Throughout he was professional, courteous, and kept us well informed. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
Bryan' approach to this sale was friendly and professional, action was taken within days of notice of my intention to see. He knew the Complex in which the Unit was based, and the Manager of the Complex. This made negotiations about access for inspection easy, and the property was sold after only 3 weeks of advertising. This transaction took place over Xmas and New Year, and together with a difficult and demanding buyer, the organising of the details of sale was complicated. Bryan negotiated all aspects with good humour, and the sale was completed in the designated time. I would recommend him (and Raine and Horne) to any wishing to sell or buy properties in the St Lucia area, and thank him again sincerely for making this sale an easy exercise for us, the Cambridge Square manager and the Solictors handling the finer details of this sale. Bryan has been the agent for my property at 2/22 Warren St, St Lucia for over a year since October 2019. During the period, he has demonstrated his professional and effective services in dealing with all sales matters, kept me informed of the market trend and sales status on regular basis. Most importantly, he was very patient, polite and timely in responding to my questions and requests. Really appreciated for his excellent performance in the entire sales period.
