From our first meeting we found Bryan Reed a most professional agent. In an industry where there are many fly by night agents Bryan stood head and shoulders above the rest. His appearance was immaculate. His tie was neatly tied (a skill lost on many) and his shoes were shined (not important to some but to an old Army man it is a sign of character). We discussed the property with Bryan and agreed with his assessment. Once we decided to give it to him he had it on the market and sold within two weeks. We put that down to Bryan’s enthusiasm and diligence. If we were to purchase or sell another property in the Brisbane area we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bryan Reed. We appreciated Bryan's open and honest approach during the selling process. His regular updates and communications on the progress of the sale were very much appreciated. He was able to achieve a good outcome within a short period after listing the property for sale. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bryan to prospective sellers of properties.
