Bryce has a good approach with vendors. He doesn’t come across as a pushy agent. He has nice approach to the seller.

As the seller and not being situated in Byron Bay I assumed that the experience of selling my late mother’s house would be fraught. Bryce was excellent in communicating often twice weekly by phone and electronically. He also made sure that the house was presented well by clearing around the house with a leaf blower and using the vacuum inside if necessary.
