From the moment I met Bryce, I knew he was the genuine article. I was greeted with a big smile and I felt comfortable straight away. I was incredibly impressed with how knowledgable Bryce was about the property we were looking to buy. Bryce not only had his client's best interests at heart but he was also interested in me as a buyer. I could tell that Bryce cares about you, the person. I didn't feel like he was just after a 'sale' which was very impressive. One of Bryce's strengths is that he is an excellent communicator. If I had any queries, Bryce would get back to me in such lightning quick time. Excellent communication is unforgettable! Bryce continues to keep in touch to make sure we are happy in our gorgeous home and he is always so helpful with any questions I may have. Nothing is too much trouble. Bryce you are a rare gem!
