Thanks Bryce and your great team at LJHooker Cessnock. Your efforts in selling our investment property were outstanding. You kept us well informed during the sales process and were always available to answer any questions that we may of had. We would highly recommend Bryce and his team for their professional approach. We were certainly happy to have them selling our property.
The vendor is very happy with the way Bryce goes about his/my business 🤑
We highly recommend Bryce & his team to deal with when selling your home. Very professional, friendly, questions are answered in a timely manner, calls are returned promptly if you leave a message. They kept us informed throughout the whole process from prior to listing until after the sold sign went up. Would definitely sell again with Bryce & his team if the need arises. Thanks for making our sale as stress free as possible.
What else can I say other than Bryce is the Hunter Valley's number 1 agent! Our home went online at lunch time Monday, by 2pm we had not 1 but 2 calls from Bryce & his fantastic sales team (Skye, Brendon & Lisa) requesting 2 private viewings for Tuesday as well as an open home for Saturday. After the 5 groups that went through Tuesday morning & evening we had received 3 offers and accepted one well above asking price! Sold in 24 hours - what more could you ask for?! The communication from not only Bryce but his team as well was and still is impecable! Thank you Mr Hooker!
Genuinely nice guy who has "your" interests in mind . He goes the extra mile . I had a property that was hard to move and after a failed try by another agent who I knew personally Bryce came to the rescue ! City agents could learn a thing or two from him. I recommend Bryce for anyone buying or selling . Thanks mate Still owe you a beer .
Bryce and his amazing team were extremely knowledgable and helpful during the whole process of our sale. All phone messages and emails were answered promptly and efficiently, and staff were friendly and helpful and did their utmost to ensure every aspect of our sale went smoothly. We have no hesitation in recommending Bryce and his team for future sales.
Very happy with the way in which Bryce conducted the sale of my property ... professionally, friendly and respectfully.
I recommend Bryce Gibson of LJ Hooker for exceptional service on the sale of my property in Cessnock. We had an exceptionally fast sale. Bryce is an extremely knowledgeable agent who gives 110%. Thank you so much Bryce!
We have used Bryce Gibson in the past and were very happy with the results, so when it came to selling my grandmother's house we didn't even look elsewhere. Bryce is extremely knowledgeable, understanding and efficient, we will continue to use Bryce's services when needed and recommend him to our friends and family.
I used rate my agent to find Bryce. Boy oh boy did I strike gold! Bryce and his team were nothing short of professional. I'd highly recommend Bryce. Local area knowledge best appraisal and we knew our price point stuck to it and achieved it. No sugar coating just down to earth agent. Dont try the rest when you can go with the best :)
Provided great advice and regular feedback. Best of all - followed the brief and got the place sold quickly and painlessly - would happily recommend.
