In this market we had a price, and at the start would not budge as we had an offer for $40k below asking, By the end we accepted way below that again as the market was falling if we had backed the first offer we may have been better off ( I think there finance fell over) My advice is to trust Bryce don't be afraid to express yourself but understand Bryce has been doing this for a while, As this property had four stake holders his communication was outstanding and I would totally work with Bryce on selling again.
