Nothing was ever an issue for Bryce & he certainly concentrated on getting us a good price for our mother’s house. Nothing was ever a problem he kept us updated every week after the open houses & always returned phone calls he missed from us. Bryce knows the Cessnock area very well, probably having been born in the town helped us a lot. He was always very professional in his manner & helped to explain to us how to set the house for the sale. We found his commission for the sale very reasonable as was his marketing fees. We would definitely recommend Bryce Gibson to look after the selling of your property.
