Excellent service helping us sell our Hunter Valley farm!

We had the great luck to have the help of Bryce Gibson in selling our farm in the Hunter, which had a number of challenges along the way to say the least! He was always very professional and diligent keeping us up to date with all the latest offers and feedback, and we greatly appreciated the time and effort he took to eventually secure the sale, after quite a long and difficult negotiation process. Bryce always kept right on top of the negotiations involving some complicated tax and legal issues, which we would not have been able to handle without his assistance along the way. We ultimately secured the sale, and with his excellent negotiation skills made sure that our requests were fully met and locked down in the contract, and it was a great relief to be able to fully trust his professional advice and handling of the whole deal. He was also always very helpful, friendly and available promptly when we needed to contact him, and ensured our property was well managed and cared for up until the sale finally went through.
