Sorry to say that I had a pretty poor experience. It was clear that I wasn’t being taken seriously as a buyer, as no one followed up my numerous calls and emails - the agent refused to take any offer until I quoted legislation indicating it was their duty to present all offers. Even after settlement, though Bryce accommodated my schedule with the key exchange which was appreciated, a ‘congratulations’ wasn’t even given and the agency didn’t return any phone calls for weeks when I needed to raise the condition that the property was left in - less than lovely to say the least. The ‘for sale’ sign was left in my garage for a number of weeks, as it’s a large, heavy sign I was unable to use my garage until it was removed. Safe to say I won’t be going through Mahony and Co. for ANY of my realestate needs.

Bryce responded quickly to any inquiries I had, facilitated a quick and successful purchase. Would recommend highly to future buyers and sellers.
