My purchase experience was effortless thanks to Bryce. I initially contacted him about another property but was unsuccessful. After this I gave him details of what I was looking for, my price range and my terms and requested him to get in touch with me when something came up. As promised, he contacted me when a good offer popped up, showed me around at a moments notice, and i found myself signing the contract not long after. Throughout the process, Bryce always kept the channels of communication open. Unlike many other agents I've dealt with previously he was transparent in all aspects and full disclosure was provided to all questions asked. When negotiating terms and price he was very fair and did not push me into an uncomfortable position as most agents tend to do. Post sales service was excellent and whilst an issue has presented itself with the contract Bryce is continuing to help me through it.
