As well as being highly knowledgeable, reliable and committed to her clients, Sally from Belle Property is also highly strategic. So when it came for us to sell and then buy in the same market, we knew that we could rely on Sally to guide us through to the best possible outcome. We asked Sally to find us a solid home that had potential we could capitalise on in the future. She found us this large waterfront home with dual living potential and was immediately able to secure us a cash unconditional contract on our existing home so we could quickly secure this one. This again showed me the real value of Sally as an agent. She is very strategic, and without her, this would not have happened. Superb!

Professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Sally organised every detail we required with the purchasing and the renovation of the property.

We had tenants that didn’t want to move, Sally did her best to appease them and keep, settlement on track Very thing worked out in the end as she assured me it would And i was given a lovely gift at the end

Amazing communication throughout the whole purchase price, we felt so comfortable and we’re amazing by the care Sally showed us! It was enough to get us to list our rental property with her team as the service was terrific!

I would highly recommend Sally and her team Honest and efficient communication as always and professional outcome. Pleased once again with a successful sale through Sally - great result 😊 we are ready for next chapter Thank you for all you do - you truly go that extra mile

Sally and Andrew went out of there way to help me with the purchase of my lovely new home We had a few difficulties with settlement day they kept me informed and did there best to keep it all in order

Special thanks to Andrew for all his assistance in the house buying process: During the house selection stage, almost all other real estate agents responded indifferently or inactively, only Andrew from Belle Property was the only real estate agent who responded positively and sincerely assisted, making the house purchase go smoothly . If it were not for his enthusiasm, the property would not have been settled over smoothly.

Sally and her teams service was unmatched. I have worked with multiple agents in the past and have never met any that are as honest and transparent as Sally. She was there for me day and night and I couldn’t recommend her more

Without a doubt, Sally and her team are the best agents on the Gold Coast. They were kind and knowledgeable about the local area. Would highly recommend.

We had a difficult property to sell as it had been rented for long time. Sally helped us prepare the property for the market and took the home to auction we sold under the hammer for a great result. We would highly recommend sally and the team they went above and beyond to help us.

Sally has sold for and help many of my family buy a home , so she came highly recommended and did not disappoint we sold in a quick timeframe for a great price We would highly recommend sally and her team

Sally is a true professional. Her attitude and knowledge can not be questioned and if needed I would deal with her again without question. Sally has made a stressful time as bearable as possible.
