Very much able to confide personal real estate aims & desired outcomes, Sally provided good advise where she could, and her viewpoints & outlook on the market, desirable areas etc . All good.

Sally was adamant that she would sell our home within the range she quoted and she did exactly that. It was more than we had hoped for!

Our first meeting with Sally gave us the impression that she was very professional, she arrived early for our inspection of the apartment. She was able to negotiate with both parties for a mutually suitable time for the inspection to take place. Sally showed respect for both seller and buyer in the sale process, demonstrating a high level knowledge of the property itself as well as the sale process. Sally was very personable in our dealings with her. Her bubbly personality was refreshing.

We recently purchased a property in Helensvale through Sally at Belle Property Hope Island. We found her to be very professional in our dealings. All request were dealt with in a timely manner and our experience was stress free. As we were purchasing from interstate while we were in lockdown Belle Property Hope Island gave us confidence to proceed with this purchase. We wouldn't hesitate in doing business with them in the future. Glen & Natalie

We found Sally and the team at Belle Property excellent to deal with. The team were quick to respond with any questions we had and contentious of our special requirements when selling our property. We highly recommend Sally and Belle Property to anyone looking for a great real estate team.

Excellent service from start to completion. They kept me informed with every stage of the selling process, and made the whole experience a seamless and stress free transaction. Highly recommended.

Calling Sally an agent does not feel right. She guides, if not leads you, on every step of the journey. I could not recommend more.

Sally was extremely helpful, she was professional but affable at the same time. We purchased our property unseen over the internet which is something I never envisaged myself doing but Sally put us completely at ease, provided us with any information we requested and kept us informed throughout the process. We look forward to having the opportunity to meet Sally in person when we take possession of the property.

Sally was amazing to work with. She knew exactly the market for my property and sold within 2days off market.

Sally O'Neill is an absolute pleasure to work with. Her experience, knowledge, enthusiasm and passion certainly shines through making the experience in selling our home extremely easy. Every step of the way Sally has listened to our requirements going above and beyond our expectations on delivering everything she outlined including helping our family with the purchase of our next property. I would also like to mention that Sally's team are fantastic in assisting her and we would definitely recommend Sally and the Team now and in the future.

know what the customer want. listening and performing the best result for the customer excellent agent

I have dealt with many Real Estate agents over the years and throughly enjoyed my experience with Sally. Everything ran smoothly, she returned calls and went the extra mile after settlement to suggest other connections / services to potentially use (pool person etc). Knows the area very well and I would recommend.
