Sally O'Neil is certainly not your 'average real estate agent'. We have had the pleasure of working with her over the past months to find us a suitable property for us to live in for the next 10years or so. Our criteria was quite defined. Each property she showed us ticked a lot of the boxes and we didn't feel that our time had been wasted on any viewings. We had faith in her that she would find us the right property - which she did. From the beginning Sally took ownership of our needs and expectations. She also made her time available to us which was a reassuring part of the house sale. Sadly we didn't go with Sally as our first agent and as a result we had to settle for amount much less than we had hoped for.
