Whilst spending quite a lot of time looking for property on the Mornington peninsula , we experienced a full mixed bag of agents ranging from the very good ( Sam crowder ) to well lets just say some that needed to go back to charm school and left a lot to be desired ... We must say that we both commented on the fact that Sam kept us up to date and to where our offer was and communicated exceptionally well and we noted that he did an an excellent job for the vendor and we felt that even though the house we bought exceeded our range we were very happy with the purchase and how the whole sale was executed by crowders ..
