Sam & Narelle Crowder attended my elderly parents house to provide initial information, relevant recent sales & a prospectus for advertising, commissions etc… Everything was gently explained, everything was provided in writing & my elderly parents felt they were listened to. As their son , sitting in on this first meeting, I felt Sam & Narelle, would provide my parents with the compassion & time to always be available to answer any reservations or concerns my parents might have. And this was 100% the case. They even assisted preparing the house with final touches for the OPEN FOR inspections. In summing up, my parents listed with Crowders on the Monday, marketing & photo shoot was completed by Wednesday, everything on-line by Thursday, 1st Open on the Saturday & house sold on Sunday.
