We bought sight unseen (as we live overseas) though we did have a friend view the property for us. Sam's video for the listing was fantastic and gave us a sense of ease about the property. The whole process was easy, even though there were challenges along the way (with our bank, not with the real estate agency). I didn't actually deal with Sam directly but dealt with his assistant Kate. Kate was very friendly, professional and a great communicator. Kate replies almost straight away to all emails and text messages and has been courteous and helpful. She is a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend her to others.

Perhaps next time Sam might take into account cost of renovations when evaluating the value of the house. The low sale was a disappointment even though it was understandable. Thanks to Council delays, we mistimed the market by about a month, so it had cooled by the time we listed.
