Sandy was brilliant! She was friendly, honest, hard-working and great to deal with at every step of the process. She made time several months ahead of our planned sale to give us an early appraisal, and tips for things to do in the months leading up to putting the house on the market. Her services were not just marketing and open houses, but she coordinated suppliers to put in new carpets, refresh the kitchen, do a garden makeover and furniture staging. We were interstate, and so she did all this without us needing to be in Canberra. We choose Sandy over other agents because she sold more Kambah properties than every other agent combined, she was approachable and not pushy, and her commission was very competitive compared to others. After meeting with and obtaining appraisals from several agencies I decided to engage Sandy to market my home of 35 years in Kambah. Several things impressed me and set Sandy's appraisal apart from the others. Sandy was very professional yet easy to talk to and we were on the same page regarding the expectations I had for the sale of my home. Sandy was very honest about what she thought of my home and did not give false hope of a price I could expect from the sale. She has superior insight into Kambah's real estate prospects. Sandy discussed every step of the process with me. We decided on a time line that I felt comfortable with. I was consulted and kept in the loop throughout. Inspections and photography were scheduled in a timely fashion at my convenience. Administrative and legal issues were also dealt with seamlessly.
