Sandy and all her team totally exceeded what we expected from an agency. From the moment we signed our sales agreement all the way to settlement they provided a first class sales campaign. They maintained an almost daily line of communication keeping us completely in the loop. Open homes were regular and with minimum invasion of our privacy followed by immediate feed back on what the market was telling them. They were also extremely helpful when it came to meeting builders inspectors requirements. Buyers were found within weeks and their overall professionalism was instrumental in achieving the end result. In summary we cannot rate them highly enough but let's settle for 10 out of 5
