My co-investors and I received outstanding service from Sanjeev Kumar and his team during the sale of our land at Schofields. They were very professional, meticulous, and constantly keeping us up to date on the local market situation. I highly recommend this excellent team.

Sanjeev and his team were easy to communicate with and the process was smooth, with minimal stress from the get go. Not only were Sanjeev and his team honest, reliable and friendly they were able to achieve a fantastic sale price for our home in a declining market. We never felt uneasy or like we made the wrong decision. Would highly recommend to friends and family in the area!

Sanjeev is highly knowledgeable in the local market and brought a lot of experience and energy into selling my property. He communicated well and was always very respectful. I would recommend Sanjeev to anyone considering or selling their property

We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to sell our home. Sanjeev maintained a positive attitude and provided honest feedback throughout the whole process. Sanjeev was never pushy and his communication and team were always on hand if needed. His dedication to the whole process made all the difference and resulted in a fantastic outcome for our circumstances. We would gladly engage him and his team again regardless of buying or selling.

Great working with Sanjeev and Kit. Enjoyed every bit of it.

Sanjeev's communication every step of the way during the sale of our house was above and beyond what I expected. He made sure we were well looked after and got the best price for our house.

Sanjeev has provided excellent service with his professional insights during the sale of our house. He went the extra mile in making things easier for each party and to achieving the best result. Very much appreciated! Diane

Sanjeev is very knowledgeable and showed a real customer focus in all out dealings with him. I would be very happy to recommend him as a top performer in his field.

Sanjeev and his team were extremely helpful with the sale of my property. They communicated every step of the way. They catered to my needs in terms of availability and how little time I could invest in the sale. They were open and honest the whole way and went above and beyond my expectations. This was not my first sale and I can see the difference they bring. Well done team!!

It was a great experience from the start dealing with Sanjeev and his team. Friendly, helpful and proactive. If I had another property to sell, Sanjeev, and his team would be my choice.

Had good interaction and communication. Price was below expectations and promise. Maybe more active marketing in the tough environment would have helped
