As first home buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better agent to guide us through the whole process. Sanjeev was always there when we needed his help (even during holidays) . He is always happy to go the extra mile to make sure both the buyer and seller are happy. His calm and professional approach deserves a special mention. I would highly recommend Sanjeev for anyone planning to buy and will definitely be working with him again in future.

I must appreciate the professionalism and great customer service that was provided by Sanjeev. All the very best and a very happy new year...

Excellent service! Quality real estate agent! Sanjeev had been in touch for a few months before I listed my home for sale. He met my brother and I at 9:30pm and left after 10pm with his associate Vasilis. The whole team were fantastic. They have multiple showings, off market buyers, and achieved a great amount of offers. The service and energy from the team was incredible. We SOLD in three days of hitting the market at full price on our price guide. Thanks everyone for the amazing result.

As a first time seller, our experience of selling our land was really amazing. Sanjeev’s marketing strategy was so effective and we were very happy with the result of the sale - very smooth and very quick. He excels with providing very frequent updates to us by using several channels (WhatsApp, emails and phone calls). He is also very accommodating to take our calls even late at night when we have concerns and questions. We highly recommend Sanjeev to others looking for a very reliable real estate agent.

Our agent was very sincere and understanding of our needs and managed to work with us very well to achieve this sale. He helped in working around our schedule. This was our first ever sale and he ensured we were aware of every step and situation. Very great work from Sanjeev and his team the whole time

Brilliant, hard-working and great personality. Friendly and approachable at all times despite being busy with other clients. ALWAYS helpful in whatever is possible for him. Never felt Sanjeev was working for the vendors.

Sanjeev was great from beginning to end, he was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. He managed to meet all our needs perfectly and was very knowledgeable about the market/location.

Sanjeev worked on the sale of this block over a couple of tough months during Covid. He managed to negotiate a good price and terms so both parties came out winners! Thank You!

Sanjeev and Eshna were fantastic agents! Very professional, their communication with us was excellent! They sold our house for a record price for the area on an off market arrangement and their negotiation skills with the buyer were fantastic!! Would highly recommend Sanjeev and Eshna to market and sell anyone’s property, especially if you are living in Schofields/Riverstone/Grantham Farm/Marsden Park/Ponds/Stanhope areas

Couldn't be any more happier with the service we received. Sanjeev and the team where on the ball the whole time

He was fair and has extensive knowledge on the marketr
