I have recently bought a property and it had some issues as it was tenanted. Sanjeev helped me and the vendor to sort out the issues. He was on time and also transparent for all the commitments and communications with his usual smile. Thanks for everything.

I’ve known Sanjeev for quite some time as a local agent. He recently helped my cousin sell their home in Schofields. Last year, Sanjeev helped me secure our dream block of land. When it came time to sell our current home, he did a fantastic job. There was a bit of pressure as a neighbour was for sale across the street. Sanjeev worked hard to secure a buyer and we sold our home in two weeks. Thank you for your efforts. Highly recommended Sanjeev for his honestly and local market knowledge.

I have known Sanjeev for a long time. He helped my brother secure a home 6 years ago. He is very local and knows the Schofields area well. He kept us up to date during the sale. The sale was a bit tricky as we recently rented the property and the market conditions were changing. Sanjeev made the tenant feel comfortable and also negotiated a deal for the tenant. He found a good buyer and was ready to drive late evening to sign the buyer up in the city. He never gives up and did a great job selling our investment. I highly recommend Sanjeev & team

Sanjeev helped me secure a great block of land in 2019. When the time came to sell my investment in Schofields, I selected Sanjeev. Once the property was lauched online, it sold in under two weeks. Thank you Sanjeev & team for the great result.

Great pleasure to working with Sanjeev Kumar, we were very impressed with his knowledge and his communication we highly recommend anyone wanting to buy or sell thanks again - Witt

Sanjeev and his team sold our house in Riverstone for a great price. They were always easy to communicate with and kept us in the loop. They were all great to deal with and we will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

To whom it may concern, I was referred to Sanjeev from a close friend, who he assisted selling their property in Schofields earlier in Feb. To summarise the sale: Photo's ready on Tuesday, property under contract Wednesday! This was before we were even on realestate or Domain. I couldn't believe it!!! Especially during the Coronavirus time in March. His communication and service was second to none and I was always informed. My property was on the market last year with another agent so I was extra impressed with the price and speed at which Sanjeev made the sale. Well done and THANK YOU Mr Hooker!

Riverstone Sanjeev helped me purchase a fantastic block in Riverstone. I had a bad experience buying two years ago so I was very sceptical of agents. The week before I met Sanjeev, another agent showed me a block facing the wrong direction mentioned in the advertisement. Sanjeev is hard working and did a great job in helping us buy the land. He understood our needs and was more like a friend than an agent. I highly recommend him.

Sanjeev’s experience and knowledge in this current market were extremely valuable! He is always available for all kinds of questions. We are very please and happy to work with Sanjeev.

Sanjeev's market knowledge is excellent and he will get the job done, even in a difficult market. He works hard and always available to answer your queries.

Professional, honest and efficient. Sanjeev is the agent you go to.

Fantastic job selling our house. Highly reccomended.
