You were always readily available, happy to take our calls and remained positive over the months that our property was on the market. We are over the moon with the price we sold the property for (and which has enabled us to do build a new house within a now very reasonable budget, with some extra on the side!). You went above and beyond (by, among other things re-arranging our furniture and giving us suggestions as to how we could better market our property) and we were always very confident in a good sale price owing to the confidence you maintained throughout the whole sale process. We were apprehensive when we first appointed Sanjeev to sell our property as he appeared young and therefore we assumed he had limited RE experience. He however came across as a honest upfront young man and we thought we'd give him a "go". To our amazement, not only he proved us wrong but he turned out to be the best RE agent we ever had! We sold our house in Stanhope Gardens through Sanjeev Kumar around the time when the aggressive Sydney market started to cool down a bit. We found Sanjeev an excellent Agent with sound market knowledge especially about our local area. All our open houses were managed professionally.
