We were selling my fathers home so it was a very difficult situation to begin with, but Sara definitely made the process easier. I was worried that it would be incredibly stressful and overwhelming, but Sara is so hands on and really took the stress out of all of it. I would highly recommend Sara to anyone looking to sell a home. The home did sell under what we were expecting, however this was due to the timing of the sale, (with interest rates rising) and nothing to do with Sara’s abilities as an agent. In the end she got us the best sale price for the time of the sale, and we are happy with it.
