Found the service to be reliable honest knowledgeable and trustworthy

Sara made it very easy for me to sell my townhouse. I don't live locally and so I relied totally on her and her team to manage the marketing and sale process for me, which she did with impressive expertise and commitment. This included liaising with tenants and trades people for work to be done on my behalf. Her appraisal of my property was honest and accurate, and her communication throughout the process was excellent. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Sara.

We had a bad experience trying to purchase a similar property from another agent who just wasted our time. We reached to Scott Edwards and signed and agreed within 24 hours - no wasting time. Very professional to deal with.

The first time i met Sara i felt so comfortable with her ..she communicated with me on everything that was happening and goes out of her way to help in any way she can . I cannot recommend her highly enough ..

Both my husband and I were so pleased that we were lead to Sara and her team, they held our hands through the entire process and this was exactly what we were looking for. Purchasing our first home was such a daunting process and we had been so disappointed with the lack of empathy from previous agents, until we found Sara and her team. No question was too silly and everything was laid out in such a way that was easy to understand, knowing fully the next steps that followed. Thank you for making this journey all the more memorable, and for always giving us your undivided time. Louise and Paul

When enquiring about selling my house Sara and her team were the only real estate that took me serious and were willing to go the extra mile in making sure i understood everything and knew what was happening. If Sara was at another clients house one of her other workers was constantly keeping me in the loop in knowing where we were at and what stage and what was next. From first contact to open home, to the final hand over. Sara made me and my house feel like a top priority. I Can honestly say i wont buy or sell another house unless its with Sara and her team!

Sara was very professional, easy to deal with, and got results. Her communication is excellent and kept us up to date through the whole process. I have no hesitation in recommending Sara.

Sara is very supportive and really very good advisor in the property market Thank you so much..

This was the first house we ever sold and Sara guided us through the process with her amazing knowledge and support. She kept us informed at all times even when nothing was happening just to keep in touch. The whole team was lovely to deal with also. Thank you Sara for the great outcome.
