From his submitting for the listing of our property, to the preparation of an excellent video to be used online to promote the property, through what turned out to be an unavoidably complex contract and settlement process, Scott acted in our best interests every step of the way. Also very importantly, what he said he would do, he did, when he said he would do it. I have only ever encountered one agent of whom I could give that endorsement, and that was some 20 years ago.

I was fortunate to be added to the Mitchell's Realty email list - via this medium I got to learn of 19 Nullor Street going on the market promptly. Despite there being a couple of glitches accessing the property (multiple keys - none labelled & none allowing access!!!) - we managed to have an abbreviated look at the property. Both Katrina & Scott were enthusiastic about the property and endeavoured to answer all questions raised. In fact Katrina noted that I seemed quite a different person from the one she had shown a different property two days earlier! Katrina was right - I did like this property and saw it offered considerable potential. Later that afternoon I submitted an offer on the property and early next morning I received a phone call from Scott advising my offer was successful. Scott was very encouraging and congratulatory. We arranged to meet at Mitchell's office to undertake the necessary paper work - Katrina hosted our visit and Scott was supportive. We were delighted that through Mitchells another access visit was arranged - this visit reaffirmed our earlier thoughts. Immediately prior to settlement Mitchells arranged for the lawns to be mowed and the hedge trimmed - this felt like a particular bonus and thoughtfulness on the part of the Agents.
