We recently purchase land through Scott & Katrina in River Heads. Being that we purchased our land sight unseen because we are from interstate we found all the team very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable about the area we purchased in. Can’t wait to move and start building!
Wife and I have had some ordinary experiences with real estate. From the moment we decided to go with Scott it was a no brainer. Everything that was promised was delivered on with fuss or argument. 100% pleasure to deal with someone that shares same values and morals we have.
My experience with Scott and Katrina was excellent very helpful and knowledgeable they know the local market always in contact with me so i always knew what was going on thanks Guys
The whole team was very friendly and made the whole process so easy to deal with. Very professional about every aspect of the whole sale.
We couldn't be happier with the services we recieved from Scott Mitchell on the sale of our property. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Scott & his staff, a really professional team. Thank You all
I can highly recommend Scott after having taken care of the sale of my house. Scott was quite in tune with our needs, reliable and punctual and the promotion of our property was outstanding. With some immobility issues of my partner, extra trips to our home were no trouble and happened promptly. The house sold quickly and for more than we expected. It was a joy to deal with Scott and his team and I can even recommend their coffee in the office
Scott and Katrina and their staff provide a very professional service, great communication at every stage. Mitchell’s Realty give 100% effort to achieve the best price for their clients. I’d highly recommend Mitchell’s Realty to anyone thinking of selling and also purchasing in Hervey Bay.
Great service, went to great lengths to see to our needs in these trying times.
Scott and the team we great to deal with. Made everything seem easy and straightforward. I would recommend them.
Scott and Katrina are the only agents in Hervey Bay you should contact if you are looking to sell your property. Their personalised service is first class and they have a broad knowledge base when it comes to understanding the local market. I do not believe any other agent in the Bay could have developed and provided a marketing campaign superior to that used to sell our property and when they say that they will get back to you with further details or arrange to be there at a particular time, they actually do, and this is something that many other businesses in the local area could do well to copy. The rest of their staff can also be relied upon to provide the same personal, professional and punctual service. We would recommend them most highly for the sale of your property, Bill and Jenny Roberts.
Scott has a good understanding of the area and priced the house to today’s market thanks team Rob&Alison
