Marketing of property was superbly superior to any we’ve ever experienced in the past. Communication and feedback with Scott was also excellent also. We highly recommended Scott and his team to anyone wanting to sell their home

We were buying from interstate virtually sight unseen. With Scott's intimate knowledge of the market he was able to give us an idea of other options as well. No question too small or big for Scott and his team. Open, honest and attention to detail are his hallmarks.

We reluctantly put our house on the market after 27 years. We interviewed a number of agents discussing valuation and marketing. In the end we chose Scott Mitchell. A number of factors influenced our decision. He was very knowledgeable re the property market in Hervey Bay and was able to read when values were increasing and advised us re the valuation of our property accordingly. He managed to achieve a sale price that we were very happy with in a short time.He was very thorough in detailing his marketing strategy explaining what he wanted to do, why and the time frame for the marketing. He communicated with us throughout the process getting our approval at every step. Scott was very professional in his approach and never pushy. He always rang to see if we were available to show potential buyers through and gave immediate feedback as to their comments. We can highly recommend him as an agent.

From first meeting till completion of sale Scott,Katrina and Mel were punctual, pleasant, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is selling or looking to buy a property

Scott was very professional in all my dealings with him, knowledgable about the Hervey Bay market and works hard to achieve the best result for his client. Highly recommend Scott for other persons who are thinking of selling their homes.

Scott Mitchell and his team were amazing, nothing was a drama for them. Organising and 2nd inspection, early settlement. We found Scott knowledgeable and with honest opinion, and advise.
