Whether you are moving for the first time or once every two years it is vital you have a realty agent that communicates regularly with you and that you feel confident with that communication. The problem is compounded when moving interstate. Having moved several times over many years I can say that Mitchells Realty provided us with excellent service over the duration of our journey to Hervey Bay. Scott Mitchell would always return our phone calls at the earliest and extended himself to provide information requested. On settlement day, Scott turned up on the door step to check if progress was satisfactory. Scoring out of ten, I would rate Mitchells Realty a nine. Why nine, well no one is perfect. I have been in real estate for 14 years and owned my own McGrath agency in Brisbane which i have sold recently and decided to retire to Hervey Bay. I have always had a very high standard when dealing with clients and was surprised to find the first few agents i dealt with in Hervey Bay left a little to be desired.
