Mitchell's Reality made buying our first home so easy! Everyone we spoke to was always happy to answer any questions we had and were very helpful by talking us through some of the more complicated steps of purchasing a house. We couldn't be happier with the service they provided us.
Have worked with Scott a few times over the years and always had a positive experience. Scott is straight to the point and doesn't over promise or set unrealistic expectations which too many realestate agents can do. Was flexible and able to communicate electronically which was appreciated. Highly recommend.
An agent that delivers - how refreshing ! We couldn't be happier with Scott and Katrina and their team. After having a difficult experience with another agent we listed with Scott and Katrina and they delivered in every area. It was such a pleasure and relief to have a team on board that kept us in the loop and delivered on their promises. Thanks guys! Craig & Chrissy
Scott and Katrina came recommended and did not disappoint in any way. We would have no hesitation in recommending them. Not only did we find them highly professional but also very approachable with a personal touch.
Scott was highly professional and sold our home in two days His advice and expertise was fantastic and highly recommend him and his team to any potential sellers
We contacted Scott and Katrina because my husband knew of them through fishing. Right from the beginning they were both very helpful and as we were new to the area of Hervey Bay Katrina drove us around and showed us some display homes and some of the area. We then contacted Scott to view the house we eventually purchased and so glad we did. Scott's knowledge of the area, the house and the neighbourhood was great. Would definitely recommend them to others.
Great agent & team, from being flexible on initial meeting times, helping get our place ready to sale in best light, then quickly securing a sale at a good price. Happy all round!
Scott was excellent his valuation was spot on and sold our home in 10 days excellent job
Highly rate Scott and Katrina on their efforts to achieve the sale of our property. They went above and beyond to satisfy our requirements. Scott's open house every weekend, policy, worked for us. More than happy to highly recommend this agent to anyone
Scott & Katrina were very hard working right throughout the campaign. They were very thorough in following up leads and providing feedback. Level of personal service was also very good, the sort you only get with a small boutique agency. When it mattered the most - during contract negotiations - Scott was able to achieve a great result for us. Very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Mitchells Realty.
Scott and Katrina are the most friendliest and informative sales agents I have come across. They were always courteous and willing to and did answer all our questions and most of all were very prompt in replying to missed calls. No matter how many times we rang them with questions they were always friendly and answered all our questions quickly. My wife and I highly recommend Scott and Katrina and have also recommended them to our friends and family.
