If you are looking for a real estate agent, then I highly recommend Scott Mitchell from Mitchells Realty Hervey Bay. I had two properties listed with them and both properties were sold within a few days of each other within the first week of being listed. I was kept in the loop all the way through, great communication. I would use Mitchells Realty again, should the need arise.
