Scott was highly professional and easy to work with throughout the process. He was knowledgeable and insight of the market condition is spot on. I was extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend Scott and the team services to anyone looking to sell.

I have just been through the unenviable task of selling our family home in Donvale. However this job was made so much easier, as I’d have to say I found the very best estate agent in Manningham area, if not further afield, in Scott George from Barry Plant Real Estate, Manningham. Right from the outset Scott gave me a reasonable estimate of what he thought my home would sell for in the current market, and he was spot on! We’d accumulated many collectibles and “treasures” over the years and Scott was able to point me in the right direction as to an easy way to dispose of these…as well as suggesting fantastic painters and other tradespeople. Nothing was too much of a bother to this personable young man, who answered my emails in a pleasant, friendly manner. Scott is a top agent in this area, having won many awards. I cannot recommend him highly enough - (he knows the real estate market exceptionally well) - as an honest, ethical agent, who is outstanding in his professionalism.

Scott knew his market and assisted with pitching our unit to the right market at the right price. We were more than pleased with the results we achieved and the process appeared seamless. We would highly recommend Scott to anyone wanting to sell their property.

I found Scott professional and efficient, he kept me up to date with progress and attentive to my enquiries. Thank you Scott for making the process of selling my house smooth and quick! Vicky

we received from Scott very accurate regular reviews and his predictions on the morning of the auction were sharp accurate

Scott's experience and invaluable advice played a huge role in the successful sale of our home. He kept us updated throughout the various stages of the marketing campaign and this allowed us to make informed decisions at critical points pre-sale. Scott was happy to answer any question, no matter how trivial, and his work behind the scenes helped maximise opportunities for our property to reach prospective purchasers in a quiet market.

Jay, Scott and the team were a pleasure to work with. Their local knowledge of the area, connections to buyers and selling advice were critical to us achieving the result we wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at selling in Donvale and surrounding suburbs.
