Great agent to deal with. Scott knows the market well and the potential selling prices of properties and doesn't try to inflate their value to get your business. My property didn't sell at auction but Scott was able to secure a buyer within days at a price I was happy with. Highly recommended.

An apartment of this size generally goes to a fastidious client and on this case it was no different. Originally G01 was two smaller apartments but on Scott’s advice the apartments were combined to achieve a better overall outcome.

Scott’s understanding of off the plan developments and what changes can and can’t be made is what made this sale happen. The floor plan was completely revamped without causing any concern to building requirements.
