Shane and Jack were highly professional right from inspection. Their open and honest communication, coupled with their strong market knowledge, made for a positive experience.
Shane was great from the start with great communication. Followed up any issues and tried to rectify them to keep everyone happy. Made the purchase of our new home easier. His team also did a great job.
Shane was professional, trustworthy and very communicative during the purchasing stages. Would strongly recommend to anybody looking to buy or sell their property.
Shane was fantastic to work with. He always had clear, simple instructions and always took the time to answer questions. He streamlined the process and made it very easy for us, as this was our first time selling a property. I could not recommend him more.
Shane's specialist knowledge of the Gosnell's property market is second to none, a significant advantage to market the property and communicate the fair market status with confidence. He tirelessly engaged with buyers that would have a strategic advantage with this particular property. The negotiations were direct and professional. He was someone I came to trust.
Shane and Rob were absolutely fantastic. Shane’s strategic sales and marketing style, helped deliver a massive turn out to our two home opens - and resulted in more offers to purchase than expect. I’d also like to thank Rob for personally putting in the effort and delivering over 250 pamphlets to surrounding houses. Thanks to Shane’s team, we had over 52 couples walk through the house on the first day.
