My only face to face interaction with Shane was at the home open however he did communicate with me by email several times to check in and see if I needed any assistance, which was appreciated. When negotiating the final price, he was prompt to call me. Many of my dealings were with Gemma and Alison at Realmark, who were both excellent and efficient to deal with. There were no hiccups with the transaction and I'm happy to recommend Shane and his colleagues.
Being a buyer from interstate with little knowledge of Perths suburbs, Shane helped direct regarding location and value. Meeting our preferences of a quiet location with walking trails and parks for the dogs and a pool!! His staff were great in dealing with any questions and if they didn’t have the answers would honestly say so..go get the answers….then were always prompt in getting back to us with an answer.
