Just another heads up for Shane Beaumont 😉 Another 5 star rating! Again I chose Shane to market my second (and last) property and I wasn’t disappointed….he had an offer for me within days! Anyone considering selling their Gosnells house, do yourself a favour and leave everything to Shane to get you the best price and friendly service 👌👌
Shane and his team helped us sell an investment property recently. The sale was handled efficiently and with the advice of Shane and his team, we sold the property quickly and at our sale price expectation.
Shane's professionalism, communication, and dedication were excellent from the onset through to settlement and handover for the sale of my property. He was across the whole process, he communicated well, and he kept me up to date on a weekly and daily basis when required. His understanding of the contract for sale agreement is second to none and was required for settlement. I high recommend him.
Shane was great to work with, he seemed to really understand the market in our area and he had some great ideas with how to get the best price for our particular property. Always so quick to respond when we had questions or needed something, it has been great to have him on board in what could have been a very stressful time.

This is our second property sold by Shane. We have found him to be very professional and easy to deal with. Shane's communication was great and he achieved a great result both times. Would highly recommend.
Selling my property with Shane was a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. Shane’s local market knowledge was fantastic whilst he answered every question I had with confidence and assurance. Shane’s communication was great throughout the entire process, calling me with updates and keeping me well informed. This is the easiest experience I’ve had with an agent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Shane.
