Did it again I sold one house 8 months ago with Shane Beaumont and wrote very positive review then. This time again I sold another one with this Superman. In normal situation, without comparison, like you sold a house with an agent, its hard to say if he performed or not because it is their job, sell houses. But I had two experience in a row. (read my other review for previous house). This time again, I went with my local agent who had been looking after my rental for 7 years. He pushed a lot to get the job and being my long term agent, I let him do the job. But 2-1/2months after not even an offer being fair price and nice house/location. Then i had to turn back to this Superman, sold in a first month. Did extremely well. Doesn't need to be local, my first house is in Gosnells, second one is in Southern River. This guy was born to sell houses.

Had a great experience with Shane. From the moment we went to the home open, to the moment we got the keys it all happened so quick. Was a smooth experience. Shane was in contact constantly emailing if there was anything we needed, questions, worries etc. Had great info about the property and other properties in the area. Worked well with our broker, settlement agent, sellers, and last minute when we thought settlement would be delayed he assured us it would still meet the deadline. Even had a nice little house warming hamper on the day of receiving keys. Was a very non stressful process with Shane and would highly recommend.
