We have taken our 13 unit development to the market right at the start of lockdown in a market that was failing to transact - Shane has found a way for us and has delivered on this project with now having half of it under contract - To make things worse the government is now offering rebates to build, to help stimulate the economy even through this period with things as trying as what they are Shane is still managing to find a way and is slowly getting through our development these units are brand new with everything in them so the product does assist in the sales process aswell.
