Based on Shane Beaumont’s previous reviews, I sought his assistance when selling my house. I wasn’t disappointment. Shane was fantastic from the outset. He was honest, realistic and approachable. He provided invaluable advice leading to a quick sale in a difficult market. Shane was very responsive and the communication lines were always open, making it a stress free experience. I highly recommend Shane to anyone looking for an agent that goes above and beyond.
We found Shane to be very honest in his advice and his help and hard work negotiating were what got us across the line. Highly recommend him to any one looking for a hard working agent.
We found Shane very helpful and his communication with us during the sale of the property excellent. Would certainly recommend.
Shane achieved a good result in a very difficult / tight market, the buyer did get a good deal and all are happy. Thanks Shane for your hard work in achieving the Sale.
Shane was a fantastic agent from the beginning. As my husband and I were purchasing property from the UK, Shane was extremely responsive to all of our queries and requests (particularly given the time difference). We also valued Shane’s honest approach, and felt he managed our expectations really well. We would strongly recommend Shane.
Was pleased to finally sell property thanks to Shanes hard work. And Marcel is wonderful.
We have had another great selling experience with Shane. We absolutely believe he achieved the highest selling price in the shortest amount of time for us. His local knowledge, strong marketing strategy and good communication skills made the whole process a breeze. Definitely happy to recommend.
Shane has been a professional since our initial meeting. His ability to correspond and provide feedback in a timely manner has allowed our sale to be conducted efficiently and without added stress or frustration. He is to be commended in his presentation and strategy in order to ensure the best outcome possible.
