I cannot fault Sharon. I think her point of excellence is her ability to meld the human touch (my situation was one in which health problems were occurring concurrently with the sales), compassion, courtesy and respect with professionalism and an astute business acumen. Sharon helped me throughout the process. She did not draw the line at helping me to lug heavy bags of garden soil into my townhouse courtyard, or intervening with the solicitors when their communications left something to be desired. Perhaps that is the key. Sharon has a very clear and direct communications style. The message is always what she intends and there are no crossed wires in communications. Sharon unfairly, although not illegally, unexpectedly conducted an auction at the Belconnen office site with the auctioneer sitting in his car. It was an uncomfortable and embarrassing experience for me as the potential owner. The property was listed with a price after passing in at auction, which should have been cemented as a route to a cooling off period, which in this most bizarre instance did not. I hope that LJHOOKER corporate office is aware of this much maligned and reprehensible process as it can cause financial distress to those who have entered into the world of unfair proceedings by those who wish to either pass on a defective property or for other purposes unknown to me.
