Solomon Soner and his associates were great at lying, gaslighting and hiding issues wrong with the house. They also hid a MAJOR issue with the house with timber boards (a leaking shower which required a full bathroom replacement, worth approx. 30k). To top it off, they forgot to drop off the welcome basket and when it eventually showed up, it contained a $9 bottle of wine…be extra diligent when dealing with this ‘team’.
Solomon was there for us from start to finish , always answers or returns his own phone calls 7 days a week ! Always giving great unbiased information or advice. Thanks again Solomon.
