We recently purchased a property listed by Team Solomon, at settlement the seller had not vacated the property, the plumbing was blocked, the electrical circuits compromised, multiple appliances unserviceable and the outdoor areas a disaster. If you must purchase a property with these flog it and run agents: demand a pre-settlement inspection and WITHHOLD a substantial amount of the final settlement to cover potential expenses.
