This being ignored, passed off to talk to another person I’ve brought along, or even being asked if I could afford this place. He has as well established confidence within me to trust and continue following up with the property due to his calm and easy going approach. He is always following up with his prospective buyers and even makes adjustments according to his buyers work schedules - proving that he himself respects the buyers and their busy schedules.
