We had the pleasure of dealing with Lauren who was very deligent and professional. Ray white Ascot service was brilliant. I would highly recommend them. The only negative I have is with the cleaner they used. The house superficially looked clean but on further inspection it was not (e.g the window tracks were all dirty some with gecko carcasses in them). Having had a few rental properties having a good cleaner is vital. You may want to review your contracts as they are a reflection of your excellent service.
