Sonya Treloar and her team at Ray White Ascot were absolutely amazing in the manner in which they handled the sale of my property. I was not optimistic of a quick sale, given that the house had been on the market for a considerable length of time when I purchased it some years ago. However, with Sonya at the helm, the house was photographed on Tuesday (just a few days after engaging her) and listed on Wednesday. There were three group inspections and two offers on Thursday, and 20 groups at the Open House on the Saturday. With Sonya’s follow through, this resulted in a further two offers, and an agreed price by the Saturday evening. To achieve an excellent price within four days of listing is amazing. Sonya is a consummate professional, totally dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients. She is enthusiastic, dedicated and proactive. She was very open and honest in her communications with me which, even within that short space of time, were very prompt, ensuring that I was kept abreast of progress.
