Stacey is just absolutely amazing! I had to organise the prompt sale of my investment property in Rural View. Living on the Sunshine Coast I had no contact with Real Estate Agents in Mackay so I did my own research. After reading such amazing and positive reviews I knew that Stacey Arlott was the one to sell my property! Within a few weeks I had a contract of sale on my property - between, during and after those weeks I had constant updates and communication via email, text and phone calls with Stacey. Stacey's hard work and professionalism was outstanding to say the least, and without her my children and I would not have been able to reach settlement on our family home on the Sunshine Coast. Don't hesitate in contacting Stacey!!

We flew from Brisbane to Mackay to meet with Stacey and discuss our options in selling our property. Stacey was excellent in her knowledge of the real estate market in the region. Stacey always made herself available via phone if we had any queries leading up to the sale of our property. The advice Stacey gave to us in preparation of getting the house ready for sale e.g Staging etc obviously paid dividends as our house went live on a Thursday and sold on the following Sunday after open house Saturday plus we received a better price for our house than what we advertised.

Stacey was available from the first email requesting an inspection to the final day of settlement.

Stacey is a wonderful agent with a wealth of knowledge about the Mackay region. She was so helpful to us as new home buyers, answering any questions we had. Would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a fantastic agent to sell or buy a house.

Stacey is a long-term professional real estate agent with a wealth of experience and has been great to work with. Stacey has constantly communicated with us and kept us appraised of interested purchasers. Stacey put in much effort to know us on a personal level and she listened to our needs and concerns in order to provide us with a service that made us feel comfortable through the whole 'sale of our home' experience. We would highly recommend Stacey to other home sellers.

We're so happy we chose Stacey to help us sell our home. Stacey is professional and works hard for her clients, and helped us feel comfortable selling our family home with her. She has great knowledge of the area and we knew she could guide us through the whole process. Her communication skills are great. I always felt like we could get in touch when we needed too for any questions we had. We had a great result and would sell through Stacey again if we ever needed too.

Stacey has been a great help from the very beginning. She has been very professional with they way she has handled the hole process of our sale and also very polite. I would personally go with Stacey again in either buying or selling a home because she has made it so seamlessly easy and as a seller what more would you want.

Stacey demonstrated excellence during the process of purchase of a property impressing us so much we decided to also sell our existing property with her. Any questions we had were addressed quickly. Stacey's professionalism was always demonstrated and ensured a stress free purchase and sale. Thanks Stacey for all your efforts and my wife and I recommend her to everyone reading this.

Stacey was excellent with the purchase of our new home from the moment we looked at the house and kept in contact with us with us the whole way though with our offer to purchasing it! Couldn’t recommend enough

There's a reason we've used Stacey multiple times to sell - because there is no better agent in Mackay.

Our sale experience was stress free because Stacey was so knowledgeable and supportive. She told us she would get us the results we wanted, and that’s exactly what she did.

Stacey provided expert advice and service throughout the entire process. She ensured each part of the process was effective and smooth. Thanks Stacey!
