Stacy and her team were very efficient, everything was done promptly and professionally. Stacy was so nice and they were very accommodating when it came to meeting times, working around my work schedule. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy, they were so friendly!
Stacy was an excellent agent who was very helpful the whole way along, I appreciated her approachable and friendly nature. I am a first home buyer and she helped to answer any questions I had.. which were many! I really enjoyed working with Stacy and would recommend her highly. I also loved the amazing gift at the end was a really nice touch and I appreciated it a lot. Stacy will get you moving and I love my new home ☺️
I had a great experience with Explore Property and especially with Stacy during the sale of my property. Stacy was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process. She kept me updated, communicated clearly, and worked hard to achieve a great result.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Stacy is efficient, always responsive to texts and emails , communicates well and is diligent in her approach, I have both bought and sold properties with her.
Excellent Service I was not in Mackay and Stacy “ went the extra mile “ several times to look after my interests in my absence. Much gratitude 🙏
Stacy has her finger on the pulse weather she is representing seller or buyer, with her local knowledge leading into a challenging time in the market we came through with the result we wanted getting us into our dream property. Thank you ☺️
Stacy and Trudy were both professional and easy to communicate with. Nil issues and took stress out navigating purchase of my property whilst on maternity leave.
We have had multiple great experiences with STACY BRAND from previous and recent sales. From the start to finish, Stacy was professional, very knowledgeable about the local market, communication was clear through every step of the sale. She was exceptional to deal with our very difficult tenants and all the time had solution to resolve the issues, which made for us the whole process less stressful. Thank you Stacy and her fantastic assistant Trudy. 10/10 agent in Mackay
Stacy's market knowledge and area knowledge is second to none. She took all the stress out of selling and got us the best possible outcome. There's nobody else I would get to sell my property in Mackay.
Proof is in the pudding - house is sold! Thank you Stacy & team for the support through the process.
We recently sold our Blacks Beach investment property with Stacy and couldn’t be happier! The sale had a few unexpected twists, but Stacy remained positive, proactive and persistent, keeping us informed and working hard to get it over the line. A special mention to Trudy, her assistant, who was always friendly, organised and helpful. Together they made the sale feel easy and enjoyable. We’re grateful for their genuine care and would happily recommend them. Well done, team:)
Please take some advise- when dealing with buyers/ sellers - please give equal advise and support to BOTH parties involved in a sale !! Our contract seemed very one sided- favoured the sellers ? Disappointing.
